Raymond mill introduction
Raymond mill is a widely used grinding mill equipment designed in the USA 1906 year. According to the Raymond mill structure, we can divide it into 2R Raymond mill, 3R type Raymond mill and 4R Raymond mill etc.

Raymond mill application
1. Applied to a variety of powder preparation, coal preparation, such as raw ore, gypsum mine, coal and other materials of fine powder processing.
2. Raymond mill is used widely in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mining and other fields in mineral material grinding process.
3. Raymond mill is suitable for processing all kinds of flammable and explosive materials with hardness below 7.0 and humidity below 6% such as gypsum, talc, calcite, limestone, marble, feldspar, dolomite, barite, bentonite, kaolin, granite soil, stone, bauxite, iron oxide red, iron ore etc. The fineness of final products are 613 microns to 440 microns (0.613 mm to 0.44 mm).
Raymond mill working principle
Big materials are crushed by jaw crusher to the required particle sizes, and carried by bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and care fed evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder into the main frame for grinding. The grinded powders are carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier to be classified, the particles which meet the fineness enter the cyclone collector through pipes and are separated and collected there. They are discharged at the discharging value to become finished products. The airflow is sucked to the blower by return pipe on the top of cyclone collector. The whole airflow system is a sealed circulation, and is sirculated under positive and negative air pressure.
Raymond mill installation

2. 3. Pipeline installation position and height according to the general installation, not arbitrary changes and heightening, each conduit joint should be sealed, after fastening shall not have leakage phenomenon. Electrical equipment should be accurate and reliable, the installation of each component after commissioning.
